Mirabegron is recommended as an option for treating the symptoms of overactive
bladder only for people in whom antimuscarinic drugs are contraindicated or clinically ineffective, or have unacceptable side effects. People currently receiving mirabegron that is not recommended for them in should be able to continue treatment until they and their clinician consider it appropriate to stop.
